1. Can I place an order on your website?

    Only wholesale customers can place orders on this website.

2. I am registered but can not log in.

    We need some time to check your details. As soon as we finished doing that

    you will get an email message informing you that your account is unlocked.

3. I can not see how much I should pay for delivery.

    Freight cost is calculated separetely and you will see it on your invoice.

    Otherwise you can contact us by phone or email our office and ask.

4. Can I pay for my order on your website?

    We do not accept any payments through this website.

5. How can I pay for my order?

    An invoice will be issued with our company bank details indicated on it.

    You may pay your invoice by cheque, bank transfer or direct debit.

    Also we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express credit cards

    and PayPal payments.

6. Can I pay by credit card?

    Yes, you can pay by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa,

    American Express credit cards and PayPal payments.

7. Is Prepayment the only option?

    No. Please contact our office to discuss it.
